Cátia’s work focuses on integrative skin health, bringing together skin health consultations and therapies, somatic massage and a broader understanding of health science and nutrition.
After completing a bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences, Cátia began her professional career in Australia, where she worked across optics, digital marketing and e-commerce, gaining experience in both creative and analytical roles. It was also during this time that her passion for skin health emerged, alongside a deep appreciation for the Australian skin therapy and massage industry, which continues to influence her professional approach today.
In 2021, she embarked on a new professional chapter, focusing on skin health. Since then, she has obtained certifications in a range of skin and massage therapies.
Today, Cátia continues to expand her knowledge through a higher education diploma of Health Science, specialising in Nutrition and Clinical Naturopathy. This education reflects her commitment to integrating whole-body health with evidence-based skin therapy, allowing her to support patients with a broader understanding of how internal health influences the skin.
