BEFORE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT
Before considering making an appointment or purchasing a gift card/membership, please be aware that our services are only available for women.
By making an appointment through this website, Instagram, email or through any of SKIIN's partners, you are automatically accepting these terms and conditions. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with any booking or purchase.
BOOK/MANAGE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Appointments are available from tuesday to sunday and can be booked via this link. Alternatively, if you already are a patient, you can simply email us or send us a DM on Instagram.
All communications regarding your appointment will be made by email. This will include a confirmation email and a digital form, which must be completed prior to your appointment. You will also receive reminder emails 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice, by emailing us or sending us a message on Instagram.
Please do not try to call, as phone calls will not be answered.
On the day of your appointment, we recommend that you bring comfortable clothing and little to no makeup. We also recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes early to give yourself enough time to get ready for your appointment.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
The following contraindications apply to all treatments: active viral, bacterial or fungal infections on the face (such as herpes, conjunctivitis, etc.), diabetes, allergy to metal and/or cosmetics, compromised skin barrier and/or certain severe skin conditions (such as eczema, dermatitis, rosacea, acne, etc.), compromised immune system, skin cancer and/or undergoing chemotherapy or other immune-suppressing treatments, burned skin, aesthetic procedures done in the past 15-30 days (such as botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, laser treatments, etc.), among others. If you have any of these conditions, you will not be able to do a skin treatment.
If you have a contagious condition (such as herpes, conjunctivitis...) on the day of your scheduled treatment (or a few days before), you must reschedule your appointment. Please be aware that the contagious period typically extends up to 15 days, during which you will not be able to reschedule another appointment. Should you choose to attend the appointment despite having a contagious condition, we reserve the right to refuse service, as a precautionary measure to prevent the spread of infection, and in such case you will be required to pay 50% of the appointment fee.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please disclose this information when booking an appointment. Before making a booking, we recommend consulting your doctor to ensure the procedure is suitable for your specific circumstances.
It is the patient's responsibility to inform about any health conditions, medication and medical-aesthetic procedures (botox, filler, injectables, etc.) that may interfere with the treatment(s) to be performed. If any contraindications are present but not disclosed, by proceeding with the booking and treatment, the patient automatically assumes full responsibility for the outcomes and any potential consequences, releasing the professional entity from any liability.

PAYMENT
Payment is accepted in cash, MB Way or via bank transfer.
DELAYS
Delays will shorten your appointment time. Therefore, we recommend planning your visit carefully, allowing for travel time and any potential delays, such as traffic or difficulty finding parking.
The tolerance for delay is 10 minutes. If the delay exceeds 10 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled and considered as a "no-show."
NO-SHOW OR SHORT-NOTICE CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING
In the event of a no-show or if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, 50-100% of the treatment cost will be charged. Additionally, a non-refundable deposit of 50-100% of the cost of your next treatment will also be required to secure your booking.
Should a no-show occur without prior notice or if there are at least three consecutive cancellations or even if the fees outlined above are not paid, we reserve the right to decline future bookings.
DEPOSIT
When booking an appointment, a 50% deposit of the treatment price will be required to secure your booking.
This payment must be made within 24 hours from the time the deposit was requested. Your selected appointment time will be reserved for 24 hours; however, if payment is not received within this period, the slot will be released and the booking may be lost.
The deposit will be deducted from the total on the day of your appointment, however it is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice or if you fail to attend your appointment (whether because you were late and missed the appointment or simply did not show up); or if you were previously informed that the amount is non-refundable.
It is the patient's responsibility to notify us as soon as the deposit payment has been made, so that the payment can be confirmed. Your appointment will only be secured once the transfer of the payment is confirmed.
CLIENT ETIQUETTE
By making a booking with SKIIN, you are automatically accepting these terms and conditions. If you do not accept or agree with these terms and conditions, you must not book an appointment.
It is expected that the client behaves in a polite and respectful manner, both in-person and through all means of communication.
It will not be tolerated any form of aggressive behaviour, whether physical or verbal.
We reserve the right to refuse service if the client's behaviour is considered aggressive, dangerous and/or disrespectful.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to change and make necessary modifications to these terms and conditions without any prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication.
